How to return an item

Return is free and easy to process. Please go through the following:

Send us an email mentioning your order number and the product name. Please explain in brief words the reason for the return.
Place every item you wish to return on it’s original package and put it inside the box.
Prepare your packaging and stick the return label on the exterior of the box.

Return collecting

We will happily accept returns, for free, within 14 days from the purchase date on all items. Therefore we recommend that you plan your return within a week from the date of your purchase in order to guarantee that it arrives on time to the wharehouse or EGGO partner store. Any items received outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund.

To schedule a pick-up return delivery

  • If you have an EGGO account, please go to ‘My orders and Returns’. If you have made your purchase as a guest, click here .
  • Choose a return 'By Postmail’ and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Confirm your address for pick up and a the time more convenient for you.

You’ll receive a confirmation email for your return with all the information you need to complete the process. If you have to return items from different EGGO partners you will need to make this process separately for each item on your EGGO account or if you have made your purchase as a guest, click here.

NOTE: EGGO is only able to offer a free pick up for returns made on the same country where the purchase was made/delivered. Do you need to reprogram your pick-up? Go to “Exchanges and Returns” in “My Account”. If you have made your purchase as a guest, click here.

Dropp Point

Our services offer the flexibility of returning your merchandise on an EGGO partner shop or through post mail delivery on a Post Office near you.

Select the “Drop-off “ option on your EGGO account or If you have made your purchase as a guest request a return by clicking on the link “Click here” and prepare your packaging with the documents that were sent with your initial package. Then drop off your package at the drop point that you selected and we will do the rest.

Our Return Policy

Returned items must be in accordance to our return policy:

  • All returns should be in unused condition with the clothing label and price tags and in the original product packaging for a full refund
  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original, intact packaging as well as the dust bags , when included, and placed inside another box to protect from transport.
  • When you try shoes please be careful not to damage the shoe’s sole nor the shoe box.
  • When an item has an EGGO security tag or a brand tag attached it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Cosmetics and Accessories: must be returned unused in their original, intact and sealed packaging.
  • Stockings, underwear and swimwear: must include the hygiene strip, kept in their original packaging, sealed and without any damages when applicable.
  • Underwear items can only be tried with your own underwear on. Underware that is used or dirty may not be exchanged or returned.
  • Due to the custom nature of masks, returns and exchanges are not permitted unless the item is damaged or with a flaw when it was delivered to you.
  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered in it’s original packaging of it’s brand and the documents provided with it.

Always be careful when you try your purchases and return it in the same condition as you have received it. Any items returned outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund.

Cancelling an order

We´ll email you a label to attach to the return package which you can then drop off at any drop point.
Remember, your return parcel must be post marked within a 30 day time frame from the shipment confirmation email

REFUNDS

Please use the pre-paid return label included with your initial package and follow the instructions on your packing list.

Once the warehouse/ EGGO partner shop has received and processed your returned package, the refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase, free of charge. You can keep track of your return with our shipping company using the tracking number that is registered on the return label or you can check the status on “My Account” in “Orders and Returns”.
When eligible, we can issue your refund as an EGGO credit, if you wish. The amount will be applied (effortlessly) at checkout, the next time you shop with us.

Defective Items

Our goal is to have all items delivered in the best condition and we hope that you are always happy with your purchase. If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product we ask that you kindly contact us at Customer Care as quickly as possible so we can take care of the return or full reimbursement of the damaged product.

Personalised And Vintage ITEMS
Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of these items, and the fact that they are made especially for you, returns and exchanges are not permitted unless the item is damaged or has a default when delivered to you.

Vintage Items

Vintage products sold at EGGO are submitted to a careful/meticulous inspection before it goes on sale to guarantee it’s quality, precision and authenticity. Thus these valuable and timeless products must be handled with care as if they were new items and returned in the same conditions as they were received.
