Shipping information

EGGO orders are delivered from Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.  Shipping fee may vary according to size and weight of your order as well as the country of delivery.

Delivery Time FEDEX

Most countries of Europe and EUA – delivery in 2-4 business days.
Rest of the World: delivery in 3-7 business days.

Please be aware that shipping times of delivery may vary. EGGO cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance or failure to approve payment, however, we always try to minimize any potential delays.

DUTIES and TAXES

Our prices include VAT and any eventual fee for the following countries:

European Union, United Kingdom, EUA, Canada, Mainland China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, South Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Lebanon, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Spain – Canary Islands, Hong Kong SAR, Egypt, Isle of Man and San Marino.

When a DAP destination is selected (on-site delivery/ pick-up point – for customers outside the destinations listed above), the price you pay EGGO will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As order recipient you must pay any fees and taxes directly to our shipping company to be able to collect your order. EGGO is not able to inform you of the correct price of these fees so we recommend that you get in contact with your local customs office or tax authority before you place a DAP order.

For International orders sent to EUA, please be aware that U.S. customs can request your IRS, EIN or SSN number before allowing delivery to your address. Usually, you have one week to gather and supply that information before your order is returned and reimbursed.

TRACKING ORDERS

After you place your order you will receive an email with all the details. We may
eventually get in contact with you if we need specific information to verify your
payment. As soon as your payment is confirmed your order will be shipped within 2
business days.

Depending on your location your purchase should arrive to you within 2-7 business
days after it’s shipped. You’ll receive order status updates via email.
Please keep in mind that if you purchase items from several EGGO partners your order
will be dispatched from various warehouses so the items will arrive in different
deliveries.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel a purchase:

  • Go to “Exchanges and Returns” if you have an EGGO account, or click here If you have made your purchase as a guest.
  • Select the items you wish to cancel and the main reason for the cancellation.
  • We will send you an email with the confirmation of your cancellation.
  • If you already placed your order than we aren’t able to make any changes to it. However we will happily accept returns for free. You can find additional information about the Return Policy or your right to withdrawal in our  Terms and Conditions

Because it is an advance purchase, payment will be completed at the time of purchase. Remember these items have special delivery periods.
